(grunge for car get dirty)(tyres same get dirty)
2-vehicle texture
backup your shit
GTA San Andreas\models\generic\vehicle.txd
(vehicletyres128) wheels texture replace
if you use gta v cars add (vehicle_generic_tyrewallblack) to vehicle.txd
