for better performance u can just turn the enableSSAO in enbseries.in to 0 (off)
and use standard/originial timecyc
and im sorry that i realise the bloom in mastereffect is on, u can change it to off if u dont like it, its good for night scene

for a better screenshot, i recommend using timecyc from ENBX (marty ENB), and take a pict with Fraps

As far as i know , modifying the timecyc.dat doesn't cause any FPS drop
