This mod has an undeserved 5/10 rating because many people are ignorant and don't take it upon themselves to learn how to install mods. That out of the way, this still remains one of my favorite map mods in GTA San Andreas, even with Stars and Stripes making significant progress. Ryosuke, I don't know if you still on here, but you did an amazing job with this mod. About some 16 years on and I still come back to this mod. Thanks for the memories, I'm gonna give my nephews these memories now

"kouma.col" does not needed.
Do not add "kouma.col" to "gta3.img".
