Exctract from archive folders to MTA San Andreas 1.5\server\mods\deathmatch\resources
Join to server and enter to steps:
start ObjS
start map_Nord_Endurance
start TeleportManager (F2 opening window)
Search name and enter teleport.

Open F8 and enter the following commands in turn:
refresh
start objs
start teleportmanager
start mapname (where "mapname" is the name of the loaded map, for example, "start akina»)

If all unpacked,and went to the server,then write to the console:
refresh
start ObjS
start NordEnd
start TeleportManager
Everything should work.
