this new safehouse for gta sa is located in Los Santos east hills, the idea was to adda huge mansion for an area that might turn into another richman or vinewood ? who knows ? .
This mod contains :
*savedisk
*cars
*garage
*day/night prelight
*lod
*update cleo files for android thanks to cheeseburger *

i like this mod 10/10
there's a bug at the time when I saved the game there and load it after, the pool guy is nowhere inside the mansion, he does not spawn in the pool table anymore :(
i dunno if the savegame is corrupted or what. I've tried to go inside the bar to check if the pool guy spawns there but also he's not present in the table for a pool game :(

@Ronyx mods do you have any others models in that area ? as there could be a double txd files with the same names causing that bug

@skann Yes I did it man, I followed the instructions you left in the read me and I did it with modloader and it looks all white

SHEEEEESH! Man you are really back! Nice map as always! Though I would suggest that you keep on making maps for the east los santos area (maybe do a hotel mapping). Long Beach is a famous California area and it's often forgotten in GTA SA
