Ask those authors who uses Zmodeler. I don't use this program.
Also GTA IV and GTA V models are similar.
Or use tutorials from internet. For example

and another tutorials on Youtube: editing, converting, texturing etc.
key words for Google search: gta sa, zmodeler, convert, edit...

6/10 - too many mistakes
- standarf LOD, shadow
- wrong materials settings
- no lights texture
- no liveries
- no chrome details
- unnecessary textures
- etc.
