THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR OF THIS MOD IS james227uk, AND I'M USING UNDER LICENSE.
Type TAXI on your keyboard to activate the mod (works as a cheat). This mod is wonderful! You can call a Taxi and it will take you where you want. First you should call the Taxi by cellphone, then wait that it will come to you, open the map and check where you want to go (destination), enter in the Taxi and good trip! When you're inside the Taxi, you can control your speed and do a Drive-by! You can call the Taxi at any time, even during a mission. You can cancel the Taxi. The Taxi's driver will check if you have enough money to take you to your destination, otherwise, it will be stopped. The amount of money charged, will depend on the distance to be travelled.

This is too great.I like this and i want.But Ý don t work this mod.I hope do this at the moment thank you.

ok, i found one thing that i don´t like:
The max. distance you can choose is too small.
I want to driver everywhere i want in the next version ^^

That´s a great Mod and it works perfectly, but i have one question.
When i type in TAXI, it says "Cheat activated", can i still get 100% or does it count as a cheat?
