Add patriot into gta3.img or copy into modloader
Copy cleo folder into you gta sa root directory
Its imposible to tune but you can using mods like pimp my car etc
I add 3 parked patriot into doherty garage house

@HYBRID Because in standard game you cannot change its color i forget about boot ops

@EnterMen No Actually its only available in skin color and its color can't be change so i made this mod so you can change its color
