Here's a more detallist config I made, has colors from VC instead of generics and handles and took some values from VC (not all of them because some just work different):

carcols
deluxo, 111,111, 3,3, 6,6, 16,16

handling
DELUXO 1400.0 2725.3 2.0 0.0 0.0 -0.25 70 0.80 0.85 0.52 5 200.0 26.0 10.0 4 P 10.0 0.53 0 30.0 1.2 0.19 0.0 0.27 -0.16 0.5 0.35 0.37 0.52 45000 40002004 00C04002 1 1 1

For the audio, use Buffalo, or replace with it.
