This mod replaces the FBI Rancher on the FBI Car from the cutscene, and I also removed the gloss from the car. The mod fits perfectly into the atmosphere of GTA SA.

@Pranjit Dasis unused, cant be found anywhere only in the game files, the game itself has pretty much bunch of thing Left, Reused, Unused.

But why not body reflection? The car looks odd without reflection map
Anyway, nice conversion! 
One more question, in which cut scene this car appeared? I played GTA SA countless times, but didn't found it anywhere!
