Mandatory have installed:
- Modloader
- Improved Vehicle Lights 2.1.1
INSTALLATION:
Just drag all the files to folder modloader in your GTA SA directory.
- Replace utiltr1
. GTA SA plate
- Custom Lod. Custom Collision. All Data Strings
- Enterable
- IVF211
- Open source, files unlocked
- SA-MP/MTA no testing
- Credits to Michelle_Works, for share with me the files a long time ago
