replaces moonbeam.dff and moonbeam.txd by default
Attention VehFuncs users! Always be sure to have the latest VehFuncs installed:

VehFuncs version at the time of release: v1.4 02/08/19
- 3 versions:
+ IVF version (original lights, IV/V style dirt)
+ San Andreas version (SA lights and dirt)
+ VehFuncs version (side panel, roof extension, trunk audio/bags/tennis, side skirts, spare wheel, ladder)
- All versions adapted to IVF
- San Andreas reflections
- San Andreas license plates
- Gas tank door
- ped_arm dummy
- High quality damage model
- Featuring all tuning part dummies
- Realistic size
- If replaced by default, no sinking/small wheels in SA-MP/MTA
- Custom .col file
- Fixed R* bugs (door openings etc)
- Custom handling
- Compatible with Improved Vehicle Features by DK22pac
- 100% SA-MP/MTA support

the one who was very naive on your chatbox before especially with all of the spammings along with Nico and I was very annoying at the time, back when GTA V was still on ps3 and xbox 360, I grew impatient of Joaopsoares on not making weapon mods anymore and when the PC version was released I started modding due to him and made a blogspot called gtavmc.blogspot.com in fact you have it recommended on your blog until it was overunned by ads and retired for 2-3 years until I returned as Notorious MCJ albeit some did not recognized me at all but that's ok it was just a debut from this site.

@Notorious MCJ, well mostly I'm playing GTA Online, updating animations mod, doing some custom cars (like modern Vigero) and also converting Karin Sultan Classic

By the way where is M4k3 like really after your collaboration?, anyway 10/10 for its good ol' enhancements of this Moonbeam as well as the inclusion of the Vehfuncs, like hell its far too better than a IVF, I wouldn't stick my weapons out the windows that I just made for everyone without your GTA V Vehicle mods, and it sure suits well for my mods despite unshown on my screenshots, Anyway I appreciate your hard work anyway because all of us still got a long way of fully converting everything to SA, Good Luck and have a Merry Christmas.
