NGR_Ardiansyah's RTR Spec 2 is now Ready To Rock the streets of SA both mobile and PC without IVF plugin.

= renamed textures with unique names for mobile
= added the car template
= converted the IVF lights to SA lights
= seperated the parts to prevent them exceeding 20k polys, now it wont cause your Cleo to become black.
