reasonable DFF size - 5MB. You should use lod1 models from Forza. Here is a link, from where you can download that models: gamemodels.ru
*this is a russian site, but it's easy to download models from it.

easy to convert and optimize, as well as with reasonable DFF size :)

I don't really see a point of converting a AutoVista model for GTA SA. Matheus-340's one isn't an AutoVista, yet its got a suitable DFF size with HQ model and interior.
