-Add. Comet for replaced.
-With tool/tutorial add vehicles information.
-Reflections & plate in V style.
-Personal editable plate:
All GTA-V plate, with five bumpers font; alpha platea for remove plate.
-2 extra tuning. Carbon mipmap available.
-Damaged parts: All for this model; without boot in original.
-Light LOD. Flat Shadow. Adapted Collision. All data strings.
-Hard settings: Just for pro pilot.
-IVF211+ASI12 version.
-SA-Mobile version; without environment reflections. No testing.
-SA-MP/MTA no testing. Tested in ENB30+CLEO43.
-Open source, files unlocked: only credits required for use it.

You can replace the texture plate, if you want to use that SA must change the model, so even if you want added to the front bumper...
approximately 2 weeks...

My conversion is low-poly, 2-3 MB for vehicle, compared with more than 5 MB of the high-poly others do. However, if the added/replaced vehicles are many, the game will slow down; a medium/high performance PC can better that, but not solve at all, because SA is a game of ten years ago...

It is the easiest way, in my opinion, however.
It uses only the limit adjuster fastman92, and its add audio, in this version.
