ty bro its working fine now..maybe it was because my gta sa is massively modded (everything is modded now cars ,buildings , weapons ,animes skins,sky,lmfx ,everything lol)

I don't see a problem in game
but i found incorrect texture and i fixed it.,
Are you sure you have installed all code
(vehicle.ide, handling.cfg,..) in readme file ?
wait for couple of hours and re-download
