@KeeJay13 Yeah i also think it is but i only just began modding a GTA for 3 weeks, so I would learn about this later

IMO the materials are bad.
Set the specular of paint material bigger (if you are using Zmod2, 70 - 80 should do fine).

As much as i know Vice City didn't had Banshee.But Vice City Stories might had it.
