You can keep the spoiler's file name, and use to the other car in "carmods.dat".
Or replace Flash's spoiler if you dont want occupy Stratum's.
Only this two car's spoiler are interchangeable.

Tested it, and i loved it! Great job!
Any chances you could do the same but with a Skyline R32 GT-R? The only tunable one is a GTS-T and it's low poly. :|

@HYDRA FRE4K Stratum by default spoiler attaches to the body, and it doesn't have damaged model, so if you replace it with sultan, it will crash, as game is searching for damaged model.

I use this mod to replace Sultan.
I think I have rename the files correctly, but why i can't tunable the spoilers?
It crashes when I add a spoiler
