Willard Elegant based on a sedan from Max Payne 3
Converted to GTA SA and edited by M4k3
Replaces Elegant by default.

Features:

Optimized model and textures.

Works in SAMP.

GTA SA numberplates.

Custom collision.

Flat shadow.

Custom handling and other settings can be found in settings.txt file.

Can be used with SkyGFX, ENB Series, GFXHack or without them.

1 car color: 1 - car paint.

Damaged parts with GTA V scratches.

Should be used with M4k3's New Car Animations mod.

Can be tuned in TransFender.

Works with and without ImVehFt (IVF features: dirt, indicators, reverse lights, fog lights, brake hubs, steering wheel).
Add vehgenbrakehub.png texture in vehicle.txd from Bonus folder if ImVehFt is not installed.

Realistic enviroment reflection.
Brighter reflection textures can be added in vehicle.txd from Bonus folder.

@SanAndreasFan1992 Yeah, even up the SA Model is more inspired in Buick Roadmaster '96. And Willard in most of cases take models of Buick and Chrysler.

@M4k3 @LCIMC you can use custom handling vehicle.dat on samp using a mod called CustomSAA2 here is the download to it

@LCIMC, I haven't actually tested it in MTA but I guess it should work. SAMP doesn't allow to use custom handling.cfg, carmods.dat and vehicles.ide settings. The wheels are adapted to have correct size in SAMP if you replace the vehicle I write in ReadMe (this one should replace Elegant).

MTA SA allows to set serverside handling.cfg settings for cars and change all 4 car colors. It means cars should work great in MTA if they replace what they are meant to replace.
