Declasse Premier LVPD based on a sedan from Max Payne 3
Converted to GTA SA and edited by M4k3
Replaces LVPD Cruiser by default.

Features:
- Optimized model and textures.
- Works in SAMP.
- GTA SA numberplates.
- Has visible petrolcap.
- Custom collision.
- Flat shadow.
- Custom handling.
- 2 car colors: 1, 2 - car paint.
- 4 paintjobs are included (different police car numbers on roof, doors and trunk).
- Damaged parts with GTA V scratches.
- Adapted to M4k3's New Car Animations mod.
- Works with and without ImVehFt (IVF features: custom police lights settings, dirt, indicators, reverse lights, fog lights, brake hubs, steering wheel).
Add vehgenbrakehub.png texture from "Alternative textures" folder in vehicle.txd if ImVehFt is not installed. - Realistic enviroment reflection.
Add the reflection textures in vehicle.txd from "Alternative Textures" folder if you use GFXHack.

@Pranjit Das Those are decals and colors. I think paintjobs change the roof and trunk numbers of police car.

Are the police logos decals or paintjobs? And what is that white car with brown hood and boot, and grey doors? It's a paintjob or just paintable colours?
