If I'm not wrong, it is most likely the third generation Vapid Stanier. Because the first generation was based on the 1992-1997 Ford Crown Victoria, the second generation on the 1998-2011 Crown Victoria, and this one on the current generation Ford Taurus. It is so nice to see that how Rockstar Games redesigning their cars in the exactly same style as the real life counterparts. 10/10
