-Light LOD. Flat Shadow. Adapted Collision. All data strings.
-IVF211+ASI12 version.
-SA-Mobile version; without environment reflections. No testing.
-SA-MP/MTA no testing. Tested in ENB30+CLEO43.
-Open source, files unlocked: only credits required for use it.

@AllstarOfNBC1984 i dont do GTA 3 mods Only GTA SA and conversions are from real racing 3 , hot wheels race off and project cars but due to huge amount of bluescreen my projects are too delayed but soon i will get a 'beast' and i will do that projects are pending

if you're going to do GTA IV cars use the Evo/Extras that you always use for modifications if you can.
