Well hu everybody i make new pack for android
Features
+New effects port by me.
+more than 10 new vehicles
+some new weapons
+ less lag.
+ volcaninc island
+New clouds and lensflare
+3 new radio station
And more.
And i replace hd texture for low and good ones.
Turn off your phone for few minutes and turn on for make better fps it works for me.

Claude the ped texture can be find at gta3 folder and inside that folder there are files so you need the txdfuckerr program.
You know that program right?

Hoo sorry claude i thought you said other thing. To change the mitary skin use the txdfucekr but make backups of you game because sometimes crash and corrup the files bro.

Ok claude i will ramake a new pack 4 but tell me what do you whant for next pack? And i will upload the sounds i mega maybe saturday because i have lot of thing this week. And now in next pack all radio station will be change and i will add some new staff. But maybe in two mounths bro i will upload it or in 3 but we dont know yet. It will be a great pack and we try to make to run on all phones devices and to change the military skin just find that ped mod and replace it with the original. I dont remember that model name bro sorry.
And decorex your welcome bro if you whant something in next pack tell me bro i will try to add whatever you whant ok.

Can you make pack 4 was now in mega
Mega is so fast I just download the effect just 20 second finish
Others are too slow
