instaler
-copy or put the .csi file into
android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/
ans PASTE!
-files. bmp in the folder txd.txt to txd.txt
-files. dff put into gta3.img
Note:
You must have CLEO for Android in order.
While playing the game
-open the cheat menu cleo to activate
-Touch 1 and 4 to deactivate
-Touch 1 and 9 to issuing vehicle
-touch 1 to on explosion
-touch 4 to off explosion

This is work you can download app on Google play called img tool and put dff file with img tool and can someone tell me how to put bmp file in txd.Txt please help! The ghost rider skin and freeway skin work but the color is white

It's eventually is easy, you just need an application called
"txdfucker" which will be able to input those .bmp file to txd.txt
You also need an application which is call Alci's IMG Editor or IMGtool.(if possible with latest version) This application will be able to replace those .dff files to gta3.img.
- after you replace, make sure to click rebuild button
