What is Overdose Remastered Effects?
Overdose Remastered Effects is a mod that combines three of the most popular effects mod in the GTA SA modding community: Overdose, Combat and Insanity Effects.
The only effects that I took was those that I liked but you can try suggesting adding or replacing some of the effects and Ill think about it.
Features I forgot to add in readme:
Car Overheat Effect from Insanity Effects
Water Effects from Insanity Effects
Also looking for someone who knows effects.fxp!

Correction!
You have to put effects.fxp to Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/models
I forgot to put effects.fxp to the models folder and I rushed uploading this mod so I didnt get the chance to check it.
