@toonlink414 First of all, you have to install the patch (http://www.mediafire.com/download/jlkelopgozv/gtasapatch.exe) Once you have installed the patch, download the mod and install it with ggmm. If you don't know how to install mods with ggmm check out this tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RCaqnX1zLF8). Hope I helped
