> Replace any at400 in gta3.img using any img tool eg:Spark,Txd,Img,Aslci or just copy into modloader folder
> Modding
> I also create paid mods for minimum amount and i don't share that mods with any other or upload anywhere
> Things I Can Create
> Cars,Bikes,Peds,helicopters,Airplanes,Weapons
> Things i can convert
> GTA V,GTA3 vehicles GTA vc vehicles NFS Underground/UG2/MW/Carbon vehicles
> I can also do UV mapping
> I can't create map mods
> Payment only through Western Union

i mean poly counts.
example, under 20k counts. it's work for anti-black cleo.
but you don't know about it, here and learn it:
