Updates: Removed the black things at the neck like in the last screenshot (it's still in the video because I'm to lazy to make a new one)

How to Install:
Use Open IV
\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\
streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_two
put the files in there.


It replaces the Highway Patrol Outfit so you even don't need a trainer to wear it!
