Bank Robbery Mod

this mod enables the player to rob the Pacific and Fleeca banks

-to rob a bank simply stand near the vault of the bank
-after loosing the cops you'll be rewarded with cash
-Fleeca banks gives 3 wanted stars and rewards between 15k and 35k
-Pacific bank gives 4 wanted star and rewards between 35k and 75k
-banks have cameras so being near a bank during a robbery will reset wanted level (prevents camping in/near banks)
