Fuel Script V 0.7 by Sakis25
The first fuel mod for GTA V!
Features:
• Fuel bar above the minimap
• Engine stops if you run out of fuel
• To refill fuel stop the car near a petrol station and sound the horn
• You can also refill your car using the jerry can (hold L near vehicle)
• Car fuel is stored for the last 10 vehicles
• When you run low on gas the fuel bar turns red
• Blips with petrol station locations on map
• Map with petrol station locations included in archive
What's New in 0.7:
- Fixed some petrol station locations (thanks to 80T)
- Fixed the jerry can to refuel cars and bikes only
- The characters now turns at his car while refueling using the jerry can
- Cash is now displayed properly while refueling at petrol stations
- Bikes now refuel faster than cars because of the smaller gas tank (they cost less too)
- Bug fixes

Installation Instructions:
1. Make sure you have the above requirements first
2. Extract "FuelScriptV 0.7.zip" in the GTA 5 Folder
3. Make sure "FuelScriptV.lua" is in the "scripts\addins\" folder

Try to do a search for "MSVCR120.dll" download it and put in GTA V folder. If that fails you may also need to install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 - 2013 (86X & x64). Best of luck maiteQuote: makmakflip

this is the error came out when i try to open my gta 5
The program can't start because MSVCR120.dll is missing from oyu computer.

yea I am unable to refuel using the jerry can I even walked my way to the gas station to get a new one in case it needed to register and still nothing so maybe need to recode that part

This is a Awesome script But is there any way to add a fuel depot at the airports in both sandy and LS ????? cause the Helicopters require fuel too O and can you install it for planes as well and have the jerry can be able to refuel the cars and planes

Open the FuelScriptV.lua file with notepad and change following lines...
carGas = carGas -(carspeed/600000)
to
carGas = carGas -(carspeed/1800000)
and
if (carGas<0.02) then
to
if (carGas<0.03) then
...now the gas last 3 times longer and you get the low level (red meter) and fuel plips on map a bit sooner then before.

It's great, the gastank gets empty too fast. You should maybe make it lengthier?

Never mind my last post, i have already fixed so that the fuel last longer...i also made so that you get the low level (red meter) and fuel plips on map a bit sooner then before.
Really like this mod now

How do i adjust how fast/slow it will consume petrol?
Does the AI also run out of gas or is it just the player that does that?
Sorry for the late answer but i already see that you have added the rest of the petrol stations

Hi I really love your work, can I suggest some small idea to add on your mod? XD
here some suggestion
-Add money price when refueling the car
-Bigger Car like hammer trucks consume more gas, or cost a lot more money when refueling .
-Motorcycles Cost less, consume less
- align the fuel UI/Gauge to minimap when adjusting safezonesize
-if possible for some chance when the car got gas leaked(hit by bullets) the gas will automatically drain.
keep up the good work so far the mod is so good

But there is a lot of gas stations in the game that is not included in this mod, and is it posible to make so that you can refill from the jerrican that you have in your inventory?
I also think that the petrol runs out to fast.

Try to bring in a script to pay for the fuel in the gas station.
If you don't pay for the fuel you get 2 stars.
Also add the display in a car with the 1st person sight.
On/Off Toggle of course.
