SAPD:Rapid Response Alpha

This is just a demo and we're using this to draw out functions for our programmers, as we do more research and make more progress, here's what you can expect from 0.1a:
On duty startup
Partner support
LSPD support (no wanted, and they'll attack who you attack)
Shots fired call (can be forced with F5 however happens every 40 seconds if status is available)
Vehicle selection
As there's no documentation for this modification because it's in alpha stages here's how you can install it and play it:
Press F8 in-game to start up
Press WSDA to navigate menu, Space to select, and Backspace to continue
Press F7 to toggle status
Press F5 to force the only call (shots fired)

Compatible with "build 3351 . online 1.24" as of 4/28/15
