Cops/Police/SWAT/Army have Miniguns

-NOT MULTIPLAYER SAFE - BACK UP YOUR UPDATE.RPF FILE AND RESTORE IT BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO PLAY MULTIPLAYER-

This mod makes it so all cops, SWAT, Merryweather and guards spawn with miniguns making police shootouts that extra bit challenging. Helicopter gunners only spawn with CombatMGs as they cannot use miniguns in a chopper seat.

Installation:
Open update.rpf using the latest OpenIV
Navigate to common/data/ai
Backup your loadouts.meta file so you do not lose it. You will NOT be able to play multiplayer with a modified meta file.
Enable edit mode, then drag and drop loadouts.meta into OpenIV

Upcoming updates:
Try and make it so FIB spawn with Miniguns for mods that enable FIB in police chases.
I may make it so other NPCs have different weapons depending on what I can be bothered to do.
