How to install:
**Make sure to make backups**
1.Start OpenIV
2.Go to GTA V / update / update.rpf / common / data / effects
3.Replace decals.dat
4.Enjoy!

Are you able to make the mod increase the amount of tire smoke effects that happen? Overall a great mod so far though
