No Traffic

Just as the title says, there is absolutely no traffic in this mod. There are still vehicles scattered throughout the world though.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

First off, you must download OpenIV 2.6. You can get that here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv

1. Use OpenIV to open up GTA5 after installing it.
2. Make sure you're in edit mode (Click the Edit button on the address bar)
3. In the left pane, navigate to common.rpf > data > ai
4. Place the vehiclehandlinginfo.xml file from the download into that directory.
5. You can either rebuild the game (Click file, rebuild) or test the game from OpenIV (by clicking the green play button at the top).

It's kind of pointless, but I feel like this could probably help with those who want to make good videos, but don't need the traffic messing up the shot or something. Not sure, but here it is.
