GTA V Low End Timecyc
1. Description
This mod is timecyc mod for the lower end machines to improve Frames Per Second.
The timecyc's were taken from the STOCK Xbox 360 ISO of GTA V and (surprisingly) work beautifully on GTA V PC!
Using this mod, I gained about 10 FPS, now on average I get around 30-40FPS on my Intel HD 4000 rig.
2. Installation
Using OpenIV, add ALL the files in the timecyc folder located in:
update\update.rpf\common\data\timecycle
Then start GTA V!
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT USE ON GTA ONLINE YOU MAY GET BANNED IF YOU DO!
3. Known bugs
Not really a bug, but you'll need to reinstall this mod after every GTA V update, as every update R* pushes out a new update.rpf, overwriting your previous one.

Here is a settings.xml and commandline.txt I made so Intel HD 4000 players can run GTA 5 smoothly!

1: Timecyc doesn't increases FPS.
2: Intel HD Graphics PC isn't a rig. A rig must at least 2 graphics cars with SLI or Cross-Fire.

so i think that some files are changed
in ng versions it looks better than pc for me
(especially when the snow is enabled)
