now rename the 3 file to

insurgent.yft
insurgent.ytd
insurgent_hi.yft

now put the files in >> mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday5ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

put vehicles.meta in >> mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpheist\common\data\levels\gta5
