Installation:
1. Open: OpenIV.
2. Turn: Edit Mode.
3. Navigate to: update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday2ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
4. If you want, you can make backup copy original file: granger.yft, granger.ytd, granger_hi.yft,
5. Replace: granger.yft, granger.ytd, granger_hi.yft

Truck is nice, but has LOD issues. If you walk a little ways away from it, it will disappear until you walk back towards it.
