Install:
Replace the files using OpenIV in:
"GTA V\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf"
"GTA V\x64i.rpf\levels\gta5\vehiclemods\sentinel_mods.rpf"
Convert: HaCKer_UTD

nice but can u make the stock M3 E46 and make it tunable to NFS MW BMW M3 GTR E46.

I seem to remember that the BMW M3 GTR E46 "Most Wanted" was the or one of the first vehicle mods for GTA IV!
