OpenIV\GTA V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Then go into rebuild, choose "vehicles.rpf" rebuild and close.
*Bakcup in Winrar file*
