@JimFitzgeraldTLMC oh! search for weaponinfo.xml in your game directory, if there is only one then use the "Advanced Installation" method I detailed in the readme.
Also restore the weaponinfo.xml you've altered back to vanilla if you haven't already. Please let me know if it works

@JimFitzgeraldTLMC you installed it incorrectly, the readme file says go to TLAD > common > data and replace the weaponinfo.xml there.

@InternetRob_ I just used openiv and replaced the ''WeaponInfo'' with the WeaponInfo in the file i downloaded
