Simple commandline editor for GTAIV
How to use:
For the program to run without any errors , it is necessary
you put it in the directory of your Gta IV .
With the program open, you just need to put the values in the fields
to your taste (the program has some performance tips )
After all fields filled in , just click GENERATE COMMANDLINE
and save the file in the same directory of the game.

NOTE: When you copy the program to the directory , copy
also the SwiftShader.ini file because if you do not have this file with the program
will not work
