@Nelson340found a quick fix for ce players by putting ExtendedLimits=1 in budgeted iv section it worked

@MeAssItchesSoHardFLA does not work with CE. FusionFix has a limit adjuster in the works and it primarily targets CE, so wait on it to update.

@MeAssItchesSoHardIs it crashing the game? You probably need Fastman92's Limit Adjuster, and to increase the number of ped models.
