Açıklama
This mod adds to M_Y_GAFR_LO_01 and the props associated with it, using other hats and clothes from various other models.
The mod is multiplayer compatible and does NOT delete or remove any of the ORIGINAL files. They are still there, and they work fine.
Feedback is appreciated.

@nopercss Its been a while Since Ive fooled with this. I think you need a trainer to change into the the harlem hustler skins. I opened up OpenIV and threw the files in there. then i had to Load up GTA IV and find the skins in the trainer. I think it was called the "simple native trainer" or something.

@NorthHustler No, the additional clothing and hats past the 3rd slot are invisible, like if the npc has pants from the 1st clothing slot but a shirt from the 4th slot, they're torso will be invisible

@koolgun1 the swat outfit is a meme part, but ill probably update and remove it.
You can config the hustler to literally be a NOOSE trooper.

makes the gangsters invisible, also what gangster would wear a swat helmet and outfit? otherwise really good clothing items, try to figure out a way to make them stop dissapearing
