This mod improves the texture quality of all GTA IV protagonists at x2 and x3 of the original resolution! get to see Niko, Johnny, and Luis at a definition not like before.
All of the textures were AI upscaled and later tweaked by hand for that "extra" bit of detail.
Clothes, hands, attachments, face, and hair textures are all improved.
This mod is also compatible with all GTA IV and EFLC versions.

Hey, just checked your work and it's really impressive especially the detail of faces and hands. I'm intrigued about which upscale software did you use? :)
