Updated version.
This mod contains the hoodup version which serve as a playermodel (It got default clothes, desmond head, hand and things.)
The hood down version is now an additional clothing.
I made this so you can change to hooded and not hooded version whenever you're in a mission.

You'll need OpenIV and SimpleNativeTrainer to install and to change to hood down version.

What I only did is that I retextured the hood down version, turned it into a clothing, added a new hand, add a new special2 which are compatible with the uppr hood down.
I've only added the hood up version just so that you can save your time looking for it.
