This is a mod for GTA IV to patch out the wheels from automatically centering when you get out of the vehicle.

This mod now supports 1.0.7.0, 1.0.8.0, and Complete Edition (latest Steam version).
Huge thanks to Zolika1351, the true king of GTA IV modding.
Installation: Drop .asi file in your "plugins" folder (or wherever). This mod doesn't require anything but an ASI loader.

@GabrielPlayer123 Yeah, I wanted to load up my game and Windows Defender warned me that the file contains a trojan.
