Originally a Patreon request, this mod spawns all story characters around the map and allows you to recruit them.

Can you create the same mod for gta iv mod vice city rage beta 4? i mean there are characters we can make bodyguard through trainer can you create? (Or can you give me source code of this mod so i can edit)
(as far i know there are these characters models are availiable invice city rage mod: Ken Rosenberg,Lance,LanceCop,Phil,Mercedes,Kent)

No readme file, and no description on how to get it started or open the menu.
Not even the map (in the screenshots) is included.
Edit: So just save the map from here. (Although it's incredibly low quality, wish I had a copy of the larger resolution version.)
I found out you just go up to one of your buddies and the recruit menu pops up. You can even recruit them all at once. So I take bad any harsh opinions you might have gotten from the first statement.

only things that bothers me is that i seem to not be able to dismiss them and they won't follow with a vehicle when your vehicle is already full.

Some of the other characters I've found so far:
- Little Jacob at Homebrew Cafe in Broker.
- Packie behind his house in Dukes.
- Dwayne outside his apartment in Algonquin.
- Florian/Bernie at Superstar Cafe in Algonquin.
- Manny at the Community Centre in Bohan.
- Derrick at his park bench in Alderney.
amazing mod, even works in EFLC with EFLC characters. I'm really impressed. Unless I just can't find him, I would love to see characters like Phil Bell added in the world. And giving EFLC characters their pedprops, like glasses, would be nice. Please keep updating this mod!
