Works like a charm on my 1.0.7.0 version with LCPDFR! This boosted me with about 10 FPS on my potato laptop from 10 years ago! Thanks!

Doesn't get much better than this. Works like a charm on the Complete Edition! Getting as much as 35fps in game thanks to this!

Thanks, Bro.
This FPS Boost makes me play GTA IV smoother than before.
My FPS was between 15-20 before this MOD.But, after installing this it increased to 20-25 FPS.

10/10 mod. Really improves the fps without damaging the experience too much. The best of the ones i've seen.

@Ryu Sonajuki Just replace everything below "car.headlight.color" with this:

car.headlight.color.red 1
car.headlight.color.green 1
car.headlight.color.blue 0.8
car.headlight.intensity 3
car.headlight.falloffMax 20
car.headlight.innerConeAngle 20
car.headlight.outerConeAngle 50
car.headlight.emissive.on 10
car.headlight.emissive.off 0.05

and replace "car.headlight.angle" with "car.headlight.angle -0.2"

But the closing of cmd prompt window is unusaual in your case i guess ... if you havent exceeded your activation limit , uninstall and download it again , if you have ... sorry , i dont know what to do other than contact rockstar games ... thnx , contact me for further support if needed ;)

Hey man my GTA IV is not working.i bought it on Amazon recently and after the installation whenever i open it a blck cmd screens starts for 2-4 seconds and closes nor the game starts.Please help

@The Gta Game R Well the timecyc can also reduce the FOV,So if u want to speed up your FPS,you can replace the timecyc
