GTA IV: San Andreas is a total conversion mod for Grand Theft Auto IV, which will bring back the good old San Andreas map into GTA IV, using the powerful RAGE Engine.

Hello! First of all, I want to mention, you have made a modification which makes very much fun for me. If you want to make it even better, I can tell you, what to fix in this mod:
1. No pedestrians or cars visible at all.
2. Fix ENB or ICE settings or how you call it. The sky blinks red and black or changes it's color to black for a moment. Also, the brightness effect of car headlights appears too weak.
3. Sound issues. An example: I drive on a country road, and it sounds like I would drive in a tunnel.
4. At the beginning, Carl spawns below the ground and falls infinitely, until I teleport myself to somewhere where I usually appear above the ground, so I wouldn't stay and fall under the ground forever.
That's all bugs and glitches I discovered. But the game is a very big fun though. I would be very grateful if you would fix some of these bugs.
