Fixed EFLC Characters in IV Cutscenes

That's right, I managed to fix and improve the skins and character models from EFLC just the way they really should look in the cutscenes of IV! So every time you get to a missions where our favorite main protagonists are Luis and Johnny. Like other sympathetic and antisympathetic characters, such as Jason, Jim, Gay Tony, Gracie, Ashley and Bulgarin. You will no longer see them as they used to look, and this time you will be able to enjoy playing this amazing game a lot with them! Because with this mod, GTA IV feels now more connected to TBoGT and TLAD than it was before.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
I tried to fix Eugene's skin, to make it look like from TBoGT. But unfortunately I failed. It is very complicated and impossible to do. So I'm very sorry about that. I hope there will be no objections. As it's a Rockstar's fault, not mine.

@EasternImports You don't need to tell me. I know everything. Especially with the textures of other characters as well when playing with the vanilla. Well, let's hope at least Rockstar Games fixes it in the future. Because it really creates conflict when it comes to story lore. Anyway, thank you very much! This really scratches an itch I’ve had with the game for a long time glad I’ve just found it, makes all the difference! Great work especially with using Jim after he’s been crème brûlée’d!

@Sayter Really? And how something like that did not happen to me then? You must have screwed up with something, so you didn't installed it properly. Either that, or your antivirus was turned on during the download. Otherwise, everything works fine for me without any problems you experienced.

@Lover of Winter I installed the mod but the skins look bad, legs invisible from the knees down, hands not visible and eyes

@AlAlvarez No, It's not. I personally made this mod by myself and it took me a lot of time which was very difficult. So what you're alluding to has nothing to do with the brain. Nor could there be, because Rockstar is the one who created the skins and models for these characters, no one else. So the credit goes to them. Mine was just to correct. Nothing else. As for the screenshots, you can notice from the quality which are taken from my game. I used the graphics mod for a better look, but of course sticking very close to Vanilla's ones. So, these shots are not lifted like you said.

This looks suspiciously similar to a mod from the GTAForums, called "Grand Theft Auto IV and Episodes From Liberty City: Characters Fixes ". In fact some of these screencaps look lifted from that thread.
